MTE KODIAK PICKUP BOX

The Chevrolet Kodiak Pickups are the ultimate Class IV pickups. They feature an 8' steel dually pickup box and tailgate with composite side panels and protective interior lining.

Monroe Truck Equipment worked with GM to develop this special version of the Kodiak 4500. The design is ideal for Regular Cabs, MTE's Extended Cab and the Crew Cab.

This design appeals to recreational users who tow 5th wheel and gooseneck RV's, horse trailers, race car haulers & boats along with vocational users such as construction crews and ranchers/farmers.

MONROE UTILITY VAN (MUV)

The Monroe Utility Van (MUV) Service Body offers you organized storage in an enclosed, compact unit. Some of the features of this body include:

• Lock bolt construction
• 10'7" body length; 11'4" body length including bumper
• 52" high x 54" wide clear rear door opening
• 70" overall body height; 7'3" overall mounted height
• 60" floor-to-roof interior height
• Single rear wheel unit is designed to fit in an 8' high garage door opening
• Walk-through capability from cab to body cargo area
• Rotary bar locks provide additional security for side compartments
• Dome light centered on cargo area roof
• Rear access conduit door on curbside of body
• Sliding bulkhead door with window separates cab from body cargo area
• Horizontal compartments are open to loadspace for accessibility into cargo area
• Adjustable material trays with dividers in the curbside and streetside side compartments
• Two built-in, full-length shelves in interior cargo area

• Conversion available with diesel or gas engines, manual or automatic transmissions
• Available in all GVWRs offered by GM
• In-cab air switches with dash lights for front axle engage and high/low shifting
• Carraro axle capable of being rated up to 8000#
• Offset differential bowl to minimize frame height
• Double-carden joints in axle provide 40 degree turn angle

MTE GM C4500/C5500/C6500/C7500/C8500

Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc. is pleased to announce the FIRST Extended Cab Conversion on the Kodiak (C4500/C5500/C6500/C7500/C8500) chassis. This cab extension is designed to accommodate chassis ordered with or without factory rear wall trim (E89).

• 24" Cab Extension (24" reduction in CA after conversion)
• GM Fold Down, 3-person Rear Seat

The Extended Cab Conversion can be used in conjunction with the VH platform Towing Body, as pictured. Some of the features of the VH include:

• All steel construction, 9' long x 96" wide
• Heavy duty contour bulkhead with louvered crossbars and stop, turn, tail & backup lights
• (2) 28.8" H x 14" D x 15" W built-in toolboxes with stainless steel key lock latches and hinges. Toolboxes ahead of rear axle under floor.
• Step bumper at rear of body with built-in 2" receiver tube (10,000#)
• Options include: gooseneck hitches, electric brake control & plug for 4 & 6 wheel trailer, Holland 5th wheel hitch & rhino lining floor.
